Just the Facts...

Wolf Run Village is just two blocks from the Univ. of Nevada, Reno. It's only three blocks to the student union and library. We're so close there's no need to stand and wait for a shuttle. Residents can quickly and easily walk to campus.

Our townhouses have five individually leased rooms (live with your friends or come alone and we'll place you with others), a complete kitchen with full-sized applicances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, range, refrigerator, private, large, locking pantries, and even full-sized washer and dryer (no hoofing it through the rain, or snow, or dark-of-night to the local laundromat). Yes, we have air conditioning, and it doesn't cost a fortune to run!

Each townhouse even has backyard areas for the occasional barbecue, or studying under the trees. We include free cable, internet, local phone, water and sewer, plus espresso, coffee, tea, copier, scanner, fax, printer and cyber bar in the club-house. All you pay for is rent and split the gas and electric you use with your housemates.

We keep your homelife simple, because we know college is tough enough.

*Wolf Run Village does not allow under-age drinking, drugs or disruptive gatherings. Sorry, but we cannot allow pets.

Wolf Run Village provides affordable, clean, quiet student housing in Reno. Call for availability or come tour our model unit at 467 Beverly St, off Valley Rd. You can also call for easy walking directions to our west walk-in gate.
